Eric, these hula dancers must have been wonderful to watch and challenging, to say the least, to photograph. I believe I would have gotten so involved in watching I’d forget to take photos. 😉 I’m enjoying these series of photos.

Definitely a little tough given the equipment. Either faster glass or a more sensitive sensor would have made things a lot easier. Given the choice, I’d rather not lug the glass around.
The hula is indeed spellbinding. After nearly 14 years here I’m still captivated, but not so much that I can’t take a few photographs now and then. 🙂
