Eric, my son was afflicted with the closely related PSP (Sony) fever before it developed into a full case of the X-Box flu. From the arms and hands in along the right side of this shot it appears there are others who may also be showing signs of fever. 🙂

Oh, my. It sounds like it can progress. Xbox flu sounds more contagious than the swine flu, but I haven’t heard of the WHO raising it to level 6 pandemic status–maybe only Nintendo Wii fever is there right now…
